We stand behind every polo we ship. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
What we cover:
- Wrong size — the fit doesn't work for your body
- Wrong item sent — wrong colour or size versus what you ordered
- Manufacturing defect — broken or unravelling seam, loose stitching that causes damage, or hole in the fabric
- Collar defect — collar not structurally intact out of the box
- Dyeing defect — uneven colour or visible patching on the fabric before first wash
- Damaged in transit — polo arrives torn, crushed, or physically damaged due to shipping
What we don't cover:
- Damage from machine washing on hot cycle or tumble drying
- Colour fading from washing with other garments or using bleach
- Change of mind on colour after ordering
- Wear and tear from regular use
How to raise a request:
Email us at info@avvarastudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. The polo must be unworn and unwashed, except in cases of transit damage. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
If an exchange isn't possible — for example your size isn't available — we'll issue an Avvara Studio gift card for the full amount, valid for 12 months, redeemable on any future Avvara order.
